Duff Mckagan
Bass

Born 5th February 1965 in Seattle Washington, he was named Michael McKagen, youngest of 8 children, most of whom had been involved in local bands. Between the ages of 15-19 he had drifted into 31 Seattle bands. At age 21 Duff moved to L.A. but he only played in two L.A. bands, one of which was Road Crew with Slash and Steven the other was Guns n' Roses.

On tour he works out each day with weights and he does running exercises up flights of stairs, at home he covers 30 miles per day on his mountain bike. While on tour, he does along with Slash, about 90% of the publicity chores.
